Family Immigration Lawyer In Canada

Canadian citizens or the permanent residents of the country have the right to sponsor their family’s immigration to the country.

CRITERIA FOR FAMILY IMMIGRATION TO CANADA

  • To sponsor your partner, spouse, or dependent child:

You must be above 18 years old and a permanent resident/citizen of Canada to sponsor your family. Ensure that you can undertake your family’s basic needs. If the sponsoring relative or child is 19 years or older, the financial commitment lasts for only 3 years. In case, there’s a history of your sponsored family member taking financial assistance from the Canadian Government, then you are not allowed to sponsor further.

More conditions are included under this term, which you can learn from CLIF’s family immigration lawyer in Canada.

  • To sponsor your parents and grandparents

In 2017 January, the process of sponsoring your parents and grandparents has been changed by the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Now you have to first fill-up an online application, indicating your wish to sponsor, and then IRCC randomly picks 10,000 applications from all the submissions. For the rest of the details, you’ll be guided by one of our family immigration lawyer in Canada.

  • To sponsor other eligible relatives

You are also eligible for sponsoring your sister or brother, niece or nephew, or grandchildren, who are orphan, unmarried, and not yet adult (below 18). More options will be explained to you by our family immigration lawyer in Canada.

CONTACT & CONSULT

If you are a PR-Card holder or a citizen of Canada, then you can sponsor your common-law or conjugal partner, spouse, children (including the one you have adopted), or any other eligible relative to become a permanent resident under one of Canada’s family classes. This permanent resident status allows your relatives and family members to live, study, and work in Canada.

Feel free to give us a call and book your appointment. We prefer to explain every detail of Canada’s family sponsorship plan over a face-to-face consultation, under complete privacy.
